Standard Warranty
12 months parts and labour warranty from the date of sale.
A return to base warranty covering a defective product caused by device / component failure or poor workmanship. The product warranty does not cover the following; batteries, deliberate or accidental damage (however caused) water or fluid ingress, incorrect storage, misuse or incorrect operation.
In the event of a warranty claim the customer will initially receive prompt technical support via email and telephone (Mon – Friday 9.00am – 5pm). If the issue cannot be resolved over the phone then our technician will authorise for the product to be returned to Nurse Call Equipment for repair or replacement (return delivery cost at the customer’s expense). Once repaired or replaced the product will be returned to the customer free of charge, provided the repair is covered under our warranty terms and conditions (see above). Please be aware that we will endeavour to repair or replace and faulty equipment or product as soon as is possible. However, taking into account the time taken to return the product to us, time taken for us to evaluate and repair / replace, plus return delivery time, you can expect to be without your mat for a period of around 6 – 8 days. Should this period of time be of concern then please look at our Warranty Plus service, which provides further peace of mind and less time without your Alertous mat should a problem arise.
The above standard warranty is included with the product at no additional expense.
Warranty Plus
Our premium warranty gives 14 months parts and labour warranty from the date of sale plus a fast replacement service for your Alertous mat in the event that the fault cannot be remedied by our technician over the phone.
A warranty covering a defective product caused by device / component failure or poor workmanship. The product warranty does not cover the following; batteries, deliberate or accidental damage (however caused) water or fluid ingress, incorrect storage, misuse or incorrect operation.
In the event of a warranty claim the customer will initially receive prompt technical support via email and telephone (extended hours - 8.00am – 6.30pm 7 days a week). If the issue cannot be resolved over the phone then our technician will authorise for a replacement product to be sent via ParcelForce 24 service on the next scheduled collection slot (Mon – Friday at 11.00am each day). Once the replacement product is received by the customer, they are then bound to return the existing faulty product, complete, to Nurse Call Equipment within 10 days of receiving the replacement. A return address label will be provided, this should be attached to the delivery box and the faulty equipment sealed securely inside. The box can then be dropped off at any post office that accepts ParcelForce packages. We recommend that you keep the postage receipt as proof of postage. Should, for any reason, we not receive back the existing faulty mat and receiver, then all warranties, both standard and warranty plus will be cancelled and no further warranty claim will be entertained, nor support given.
